SOP Edit is a small writing service. This page says what we keep and why, in plain words.

What you send us

The order form stores your name, email, the prompt, your draft, your story notes and your deadline so we can edit your statement and email it to you. We keep an order for 90 days after delivery, then delete it. Email us to have it deleted sooner. We never publish, quote or reuse your draft or your facts, and we never share them with a college, a school or anyone else.

The free checklist box

If you type your email into the checklist box we send you the 12-point statement check and up to five short emails about editing an application statement. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Nothing else is done with the address.

Payment

Payment is taken by Whop at its checkout; we see the order, the amount and the email you used, never your card.

Clicks

The site counts page views and button clicks with a small script of our own. It sets no cookies and sends no data to advertisers.

Who we are
